111ba Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using This Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 111ba ("111ba", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing access to and use of the services available at 111ba.club, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and all associated payment and account management features. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the 111ba platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 111ba platform regardless of the device used to access it, the location from which the platform is accessed, or the type of gaming activity undertaken. 111ba reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

111ba reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to supply requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 111ba platform. Registering or attempting to register a second account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds contained within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number used as a login identifier and your chosen password. 111ba will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel including live chat, email, or SMS. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used by the player to make their most recent deposit. This policy helps ensure the security and integrity of player funds. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

All deposits and transactions on the 111ba platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 111ba is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate losses that may be incurred if your payment provider operates in a different currency.

From time to time 111ba offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 111ba promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise in its own terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player per promotion. Creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is strictly forbidden and constitutes fraud.
• 111ba reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active wagering requirements in progress at the time of suspension will be honoured subject to review.

• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games to gain an unfair advantage will be treated as a material breach of these Terms, and any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111ba platform. Any player found to have engaged in or to have attempted to engage in any of the following may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human users, including automated betting systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point during account use.

111ba cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation of suspected prohibited activities on the platform. Evidence of prohibited activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

This limitation applies regardless of whether 111ba has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

111ba makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 111ba will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

111ba reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 111ba will endeavour to notify registered players via the account messaging system or a notice posted on the 111ba.club platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
